Change fixed-price listing to auction
Hello. The thing is that I post a fixed-price ad that gets a lot of visits and followers but they never end up buying. I try to switch it to auction to get the most I can, but it won’t let me until it ends, unless I close it and post it again. And in any case I lose the followers. Wouldn’t it be good for sales if the followers who think it’s expensive could switch to bidding? Can’t it be changed to auction without losing those followers?

Hello,
In most cases you won't be able to change the duration or format of the listing. However, you can send a Fixed price listing to an auction. To do this, go to the section Active listings in the Seller Dashboard and select Switch to auction in the Actions menu.
