Good morning,
For tax reasons I have to close my USER account.
How could I quickly transfer my listings to my wife’s account?

There is no direct functionality to transfer listings between accounts. eBay does not allow automatic transfer or bulk migration of a user's listings to another user for security, property protection, and legal compliance reasons. Each account manages its own listings. Listings are tied to the history and legal data of the owning account, so they cannot simply be moved between accounts.
If you need to close your account and want your wife to continue with the listings, the quickest and most practical actions are:
Download the information for your current listings:
Use the export tools offered by eBay (for example, from My eBay you can export listings in CSV format if you have access to seller tools). This will allow you to have a backup of titles, descriptions, prices, and photos.
Prepare your wife's account:
Make sure your wife's account is already enabled to sell and that it meets the tax and operational requirements of the region.
Recreate the listings in the new account:
Enter them manually (or use the bulk upload function if available on your wife's account, such as eBay Seller Hub) using the exported listings, making sure they comply with eBay's current policies.
Close your user account by following eBay's formal process:
Go to “Help” and request account closure. Remember that this is irreversible, and you will lose access to the associated history and data.
Verify that the transfer of the business activity and listings complies with local tax regulations, especially if ownership of the items, invoicing, or contact information will change.
Keep records of the transfer and the new listing for audit purposes or possible legal requirements.
