Change the refund method.
Hey there ;D
I’d like to ask if there’s any way to change the refund method for a refund that has already been approved. The card I entered was the one I used for the purchase; it’s a one-time-use card for online purchases. I’m contacting the seller, but they can’t change the refund method on their end since everything goes through eBay. They’re waiting for me to give them some confirmation.

Thank you for getting in touch with us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the refund method once it has been approved. Refunds can only be sent to the payment method that was originally used for the purchase, and neither the seller nor eBay has the ability to modify it.
We recommend that you speak with your bank so that once the refund is sent to the one-time-use card you used, they can help you transfer the funds to the account you prefer. If you have any more questions, we are here to help you
