Change professional account to personal
It’s been a few years since I’ve done any activity as self-employed, and so I would like to switch my account back from professional to private seller, especially because my details are still publicly exposed, professional fees are still being applied to me, and logically the activity reported to the different public bodies is incorrect/false.
eBay tells me that this "is not possible" because, well, reasons, and that I should open a new account, which I do not want to do for more than obvious reasons. They tell me this is laid out in the terms and conditions, but they never tell you where..
Does anyone know where that section they mention in the terms and conditions is?
And how do I submit a formal complaint to eBay so that I can then have a summary trial? They always tell me they’ll reply by email within 24/48 hours but they never do
