I decided not to return the item, but there is some refund, how can I return the amount or cancel the refund?

Thanks for your message. If you’ve changed your mind about a case you opened and no longer want to return the item, you can easily cancel the request.
To cancel a return request:
It’s important that you are completely sure you want to cancel the request, because you won’t be able to reopen the case once it has been closed.
