Article cancellation
Good afternoon.
I made a purchase, but after a few days the seller decided to cancel it, stating that there were defects in the item.
But it’s been about a week since they canceled it, and in my purchases it shows PENDING CANCELLATION.
I haven’t received the refund, and the item also still shows that status. I’d like to know how long this takes? Because it’s the first time a cancellation has taken this long.
