Order cancellation (seller charged)
Good morning, a couple of days ago I made a purchase (I paid by card) for a product. Shortly after, the seller contacts me and tells me that he had just sold the product on the same day he was going to take down the listing and that he no longer had the product. Obviously, I have asked for the order to be canceled, but he tells me that they charge him and that he is not going to pay the fees. Obviously, my money is being held and I am not going to have the product. I know the seller has 3 days to accept the cancellation, but then what?...
