Cancel order as a seller without entering your bank details
Hello,
I had a product listed for years and recently someone bought it, but I’m no longer interested in selling it.
I haven’t given my bank details, so they haven’t deposited any money, but IT ASKS ME FOR BANK DETAILS TO CANCEL THE ORDER.
Is there any way to cancel it without giving details? If not, I’ll be forced to delete the account, since the money is with eBay and it won’t be a problem for the company to refund it to the buyer.
