Cancel a product from an order
Good morning,
I need the seller to cancel one product from an order of 4 items. He can't cancel it individually, he can only cancel the entire order. Is there any option for this?

Thanks for your message. To cancel an order, whether it’s a Buy It Now transaction or you’ve won an auction, you need to contact the seller and ask them to cancel it. The seller can accept or reject your cancellation request.
If you’ve changed your mind or used an incorrect shipping address, contact the seller within the hour immediately after the purchase. If the seller hasn’t shipped the item yet, you can ask them to cancel the order. If more than an hour has passed or the seller has already shipped the item, you’ll need to contact them.
You can go to the following link to officially send the Cancellation Request, when the seller cancels the transaction you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
