Canceling a bid is possible in some circumstances, but there are restrictions that you can see on this page
Also keep in mind that if you are not able to do so, your best option in this situation is to contact the seller about it and ask them to cancel the purchase, since sellers are usually understanding in this type of situation, although they are not obliged to cancel the transaction.
