I canceled the order 5 minutes after purchase because I picked the wrong product
Last night I made a purchase but I realized that I had bought the wrong product so I canceled it as soon as possible. This morning I got the notification that the product had been shipped and then a minute later I get the notification that the cancellation has been rejected because the product has already been shipped. Now I have two identical products on the way from the same store. If someone can help me please I would be very grateful since I honestly think it was not well handled and I need a refund for the money but I don't know how to proceed. This is my second purchase on eBay and I have been looking at more options but I only get the return option but it says it is too soon to do it.

Please keep in mind that sellers are not required to accept a cancellation request sent by a buyer, although they may do so, as long as the item has not been marked as shipped. If you have changed your mind about buying an item and do not want to purchase it, you will have to wait to receive it, and if the seller accepts returns, you will be able to open a return request, in which you would be responsible as the buyer for the return costs.
