Last night I made a purchase but I realized that I had bought the wrong product so I canceled it as soon as possible. This morning I got the notification that the product had been shipped and then a minute later I get the notification that the cancellation has been rejected because the product has already been shipped. Now I have two identical products on the way from the same store. If someone can help me please I would be very grateful since I honestly think it was not well handled and I need a refund for the money but I don't know how to proceed. This is my second purchase on eBay and I have been looking at more options but I only get the return option but it says it is too soon to do it. Thank you very much
