Unknown cargo
I’ve received an unknown charge for €55.73. On my card it says Concepto
eBay O*23 11693 46770. It doesn’t appear among my orders and I don’t know how to dispute it. In fact, I’ve never sold anything on eBay and I only bought shoes once in 2021 through PayPal, I didn’t even use my credit card, so I don’t know how they could have charged this on my card. I’m trying to find a solution on the help pages but there’s nothing about this issue and you can’t contact eBay by phone either. Is anyone else in the same situation? Is this an eBay scam or is someone using eBay’s name to scam people? I’ll report it to the police so I can claim the payment, but I’d like to know if there are more people who’ve had the same thing happen to them. Thanks

eBay will never charge you beyond the total shown in the order details if you make a purchase on our platform.
We’d recommend that you get in touch with your bank to understand whether it’s possible to cancel that payment, as it seems possible that your card may have been used without your authorization,
We have received inquiries like yours in the past, and in all cases they were able to clarify what happened by contacting the bank in question.
