Carrier Pre-alert
On December 4, I made a purchase on eBay of a product coming from the United States to Spain. Everything was going well, the latest updates were "Shipped. Departure to country of destination" and "Carrier Pre-alert. Manifest". On the same day as that last one, a few hours later, on December 16, I received an update called "Carrier Pre-alert. NOT RECEIVED FROM RETAILER". I keep getting the same update day after day at the same time. It's been thirteen days now without a new update that isn't this same one again and again. Does anyone know if everything is going well, if there is any problem or something? Thanks.
