Good day friends!
Can someone help me, ebay has closed an unresolved case for me, I have tried in one way and many ways to reopen the case and contact the seller and it is impossible,
do you know how the case can be seen directly with ebay?

Hello,
Please remember that to ask eBay to step in regarding a claim and receive protection, you’ll need to select the 'Ask eBay to help' option within 30 days of opening the claim in question.
Likewise, you’ll be able to submit an appeal of the decision from the claim, also within 30 days after the claim was closed by eBay.
