Certificate not steel from Russia
Hello, they are asking at Spanish customs for a certificate when buying a watch outside the European Community, certifying or stating that said watch does not contain iron or steel from Russia. The question is, where or who issues said certificate? I would appreciate it if you could clarify this for me. Thank you. Regards.
