I charge commission for sponsored ads, theft by eBay!!!!!
Hello,
I sold my first item on eBay, and when my payout arrived they told me that I had supposedly, on my own, subscribed to a promoted listings fee in which I gave away 9% of the total sale amount of my item, apart from the corresponding commission.
After getting through to customer service they told me that I created the item on 17/08/2023 and that 14 days later I decided to press that button to subscribe, which is totally false and I would never subscribe to such a rip-off.
Has this happened to anyone else, have you managed to make a claim in any way and get them to give you a solution?
They didn't give me any solution by phone today.

Hi,
We’re sorry to read what you’re saying.
Please note that fees for that type of listing would never be charged if you haven’t selected that option to sell an item. If you’d like more clarification, we’d advise you to contact the Specialized Team again, from this page

OP1 year agoThanks for the standard reply that only serves to send me back to read a thousand pages and solves nothing!!.
I don't have any data in my ad listing that indicates that "I voluntarily" decided to give away 9% of the value of my sale to EBay.
I still think the same, you're a bunch of THIEVES!!!! who made that up and now all you give is a reply since you can't point me to a document where I requested it several days after posting my ad.
So I'm saying it loud and clear here, so that everyone who can read it will do so.
EBAY ROBS ITS CUSTOMERS!!!!!
