Double charge
Hello, I made a purchase a week ago that has indeed already arrived, but I realized that they are charging me the same amount for the purchase again and I can't find a way to reverse it since I only made the request once.

Hi,
The first thing we’d recommend is that you check your order details in the Purchase History section, since eBay will never charge you more than the total indicated in the order details.
If you see two different charges for that amount on your card, it’s very likely that when you tried to complete the payment, your bank held those funds.
We would therefore recommend that you contact your bank, as they’ll be able to confirm that the charges are indeed held/pending and not charged, and they’ll also be able to give you more precise information about when they will reverse those charges.
