Duplicate charge
Hello, after a purchase on eBay, and paying by card, even before the package arrived, they have charged the purchase to my card again. What do you do in a case like this? Thanks.

eBay will never charge you any amount beyond what you paid when completing a purchase, and you can see that specified in the order details.
We would recommend that you check with your bank to understand whether they have held the funds you’re referring to. If you see two different charges, it’s very likely that when you tried to complete the payment and it was declined, those funds were held. They will be able to confirm that the charges are indeed held/pending and not charged, as well as give you more precise information about when they will release those charges.
