Shower column
I bought a shower column with a digital screen and lights. At first everything was fine, it arrived on time, and it worked, but after a month of use the digital screen stopped working. I got in touch with the seller and they assumed it was a small motor it has, they sent it to me, but after changing the little motor everything is still the same, the digital screen still doesn't work and here's the problem: even though I keep writing to them, they no longer want to reply, and I'm left with a shower column that only works halfway..a solution..

On eBay, we have protection to cover your purchase in situations like these. If the item you received doesn't match the description in the original listing or if it arrived damaged or defective, you're covered by the eBay Customer Guarantee. You can return it even if the seller's returns policy says they don't accept returns.
Below, I'll show you how to open the claim yourself so you can start the process of returning the item and getting a full refund once the seller receives the item back.
You can open the case here, this will alert the seller so they can begin the return process. The seller will need to pay the return shipping cost and we always recommend having a friendly conversation between the seller and you so the issue can be resolved in the best possible way.
You can agree on whether you want them to send you the correct item or if you'd prefer your money back. It's rare for sellers to ignore your help request, but if you don't receive a response after a few days, you can request eBay's help if you go into the case from your account and click the "Ask eBay for Help" option. You must ask us for help before 30 days have passed since the case was opened, or we won't be able to help you after that time, so it's important to keep an eye on the dates.

OP1 year agoThanks for your attention..
But I bought it a month before putting it on and when I installed it it worked well, it only lasted another month and now it doesn't accept a return, and the seller knows it's broken, he sent me a motor to replace it and it doesn't work either and although I've written to him many times, that the fault is the digital screen, he no longer wanted to reply to me. The warranty goes through eBay, I don't know if vnu covers me for how long...

Thanks for the update, eBay's guarantee only covers you for the first 30 days. If this time has already passed, you can look for different dispute options outside eBay or contact the manufacturer directly.
