Early cancellation fee
I had to cancel the sale of a product because of a problem and eBay charged me the 11% commission. Whether I sold the item or not. It seems like an absolute scam to me; I've been on eBay for over 15 years and I'm going to cancel my account. This won't happen to me again

At eBay we encourage avoiding cancellations in order to avoid unsatisfactory buying experiences.
That said, when you cancel an order, once the buyer has received the refund, you may be eligible for a refund of commissions or fees
