Thank you for your message. I’ll be happy to help you. I understand from the screenshot that you are selling on ebay.com (USA), so you are subject to the site’s terms and conditions in the United States.

The extra 6% you see in your fees is because your Seller Performance is very low and, because of this, you pay the extra 6%. You can read more here.
