How to generate a return label
Hi, I don't know why, I've been trying over and over to make a label but there's no way, it doesn't work. It only gives me the option to upload a photo with the tracking number, can you help me?? And how is it done? Or do I have to do it from outside? But as a seller, how am I supposed to make the return label if I don't know the measurements or the weight.
