If the situation you are referring to is, for example, a return request or a claim for an item not received, you can contact us through this page
We recommend that you try contacting us that way if you need assistance, as well as reading the information contained in that link. Please note, for example, that if a seller does not offer you a solution after you open a return request for an item not as described, you can ask us to step in by reviewing the claim in question. You can do so by selecting the option 'Ask eBay to step in' after 3 business days from the moment you opened the request, if that is the case.
