How can I change a negative comment
I bought a cellphone and had problems with the battery charging, the seller did not respond to the complaint and then
I left a negative comment. Then the seller responded and provided a solution and now he is asking me to change the negative comment. How can I do it?

If you want to change a negative feedback that you left for a seller, you can let the seller know so they can send you a feedback revision request, and once they have sent it to you, you will have 10 days to accept the request and modify the feedback in question.
