As we explained to you earlier, please note that the invoice for your purchase is the email you receive when you make the purchase; if for any reason you don’t have this email, you can contact the seller and ask them to issue one for you.
Likewise, please remember that the process for how invoices are handled changes depending on the type of seller, "professional or private."
Private sellers: They cannot issue you any invoice, because they are private sellers.
Professional sellers: They can issue you an invoice and you will need to contact the seller and request it.
To be able to get an invoice, you must provide the ID number, that is, if you were the one who made the purchase as a private individual, you must provide your ID number and they will send it to you in your name. If the purchase was made from a country outside the EU, it is not valid as a warranty in Spain and, on the other hand, they may not issue it either, as for example to China. But if it is simply to prove that you paid for a product for the Company, it would be valid.
Please also note that, as I mentioned above, eBay issues a receipt/invoice when the payment for the item is processed; you should have received a confirmation email showing the seller's details, the item, the price, purchase date, etc., and this email has often been used to make product warranties valid and has a dual function as an invoice if you need it for the manufacturer's warranty.
