How can I pay?
Hello, I bought an item, but the seller did not ship to Spain. When it came time to pay, the system would not let me because the seller does not ship internationally. I asked him to change the shipping conditions but he doesn't know how. I asked him to contact eBay but he doesn't know how either (or doesn't want to). Every time I try to pay, the system tells me to claim the full invoice amount from the seller, and I'm tired of asking him for it and I don't get a response. What can I do?

Thank you for your message. I understand that the seller does not ship to Spain and is not obligated to change or update the listing. If you have already contacted them and still have not received a positive response so you can complete the payment, I suggest you ask to cancel the transaction.
If you want, you can send this link to your seller so they know the step-by-step on how to update the listing shipping options and allow you to pay for the item.
