How to reopen a canceled refund
Hello.
I'm new to Ebay and I'm not very good at this.
I've received an order that I want to return, but I don't know how to do it.
The thing is, I opened a return and cancelled it to talk it over with the seller first, and now I don't know how to reopen the return process.
