Thank you for your message, I’ll be happy to help you. When you make a purchase on eBay and it is verified that the payment has been sent, eBay sends you an invoice directly to your email, which at the same time serves as an order confirmation.
If that is not enough, you can request an invoice only from professional sellers, and they will issue the invoices in accordance with the laws and taxes of the country where they are registered, not the country of their buyers, so the first thing you will need to do is contact the seller to see if they can issue the required invoice.
If the purchase was made from a private seller, they will not be able to issue an invoice, since they are not registered as a company, and this is where the email eBay sent you at the moment you completed the payment may be useful, as it contains all the information to function as an invoice, in case you want to make the warranty for the item valid directly with the manufacturer.
