As a seller, how can I use eBay International Shipping from the European Union?
Hello, I’m currently auctioning an item (it’s the first time I’ve done this) and I have potential international buyers. The item is quite expensive and I’m terrified that it might get lost or have customs problems, etc., so I’d like the shipment to the auction winner to go through IES. I’ve heard that IES can be enabled from preferences, but I’ve gone into shipping preferences and that option or anything related to IES doesn’t appear.
Does anyone know how I can make it possible to send the item to the auction winner through IES when the time comes?
