How do I reverse a refund if I receive the product later?
Hi, I wanted to know how I can handle this since a product I bought took a long time and eBay refunded me the money for the product. After this, the product arrived and I received it, and the seller is asking me to tell Eve to give him back the money from the purchase, since the product did arrive. I don’t know what to do, can someone help me?

Hello,
If you opened a claim, and the seller or eBay issued a refund, and you later received your order, you can, if you wish, return the amount to the seller, but this would then be outside of any claim.
In that case, you would need to agree with the seller on how to return that amount.
