I don't know why the purchased items aren't received because the company's “transport” of the items and what
is called last-mile delivery, in my case paack is a disaster, there is no way to contact them, mails are sent and they respond that an agent will contact the user, which is a lie, these companies charge for delivery and where is their responsibility, a package gets lost or isn't delivered and nothing happens, the best thing would be to send it by postal mail, at least you know you can go to Correos and they will give you information.
