It turns out I bought an item and they sent me the wrong one, I started the return process but because of time issues since I’m from another country the deadline expired, but I sent it back and the seller already received it, in parallel while that item was being returned I bought the correct item again (that is, I made two purchases) now it turns out the first item reached the seller but they haven’t issued my refund, I have all the documents proving that I sent the first item, but to date the seller has not given me a solution for that refund. I hope you can help me.
