I bought an external hard drive at the beginning of January that was returned to the seller for customs reasons. After insisting that he send it back to me, I eventually agreed to have him issue me a refund. Since more than a month had passed after the purchase, I kept writing to the seller, but he replies only once in a blue moon. After I got in touch with eBay, he replied again and I’ve tried in every possible way to get him to refund the purchase, but he won’t lift a finger to find out how the refund could be done, to the point that I was the one who gave him instructions on how to do it, but without success and still no response. I’ve contacted eBay again; they give me the option of contacting the OCU but I haven’t had a good experience with this organization, and I don’t know what else to do. Can anyone give me a hand?
