Purchase of e-book
I bought an e-book, and I haven’t received anything yet, I thought it was supposed to be instant when you buy something digital...I don’t know what to do, I haven’t received anything

Thank you for your message. I understand that you have purchased a digital item and that you have not received it.
Normally when an item is not received, you will be able to open a case and we will help you, but it is different for digital items and these are not covered by our guarantee. You can read more here.
I suggest that you contact your bank to reverse the transaction and be able to receive a refund.
