On February 20 I bought an item from a German seller, Order No. 04-14271-29195, I paid for it, and after taking longer than normal, they tell me it has been delivered; it never arrived to me. With the postal reference I went and asked, I’m from Madrid, and the item has been delivered to another person in Hospitalet (Barcelona). After several messages with the seller, he says that since it has been delivered he won’t do anything, that the purchase is already delivered. No matter how much I’ve insisted that he entered the address wrong, he makes up that I have 2 addresses on EBay, when I only have one, that I should go to Barcelona myself to pick up the package from the other person, and he does nothing. I have paid and I receive nothing. I have sent EBay a lot of messages and it only forwards me what the seller says, so I’m telling you to be careful with that seller, he is not trustworthy. The last thing he told me is that if the other person returns it, he would send it to me.
