A few months ago 30 April 2025 I bought some replacement tweeters from Best Speakers Parts, based in South Carolina, U.S.A.; they arrived around mid-May. I know this because I spoke with customs in Madrid after finding out that the package was being returned to the supplier because the address was incomplete, which is strange since it is perfectly listed in my EBAY account (this can be checked). Without this information, according to Correos Customs they could not send the payment notice for the fees, so the product was returned to the sender. I filed a claim through EBAY to the supplier on May 21st (this message to the seller can also be verified) to stop the return, since I am interested in the product. In the end, it was sent back to U.S.A. Best Speakers Parts (Seller), who, after another claim in the meantime, sent me tracking information to locate it, which a few weeks ago no longer showed anything in my account; now I have been able to recover it through USPS, and it indicates that on September 12 it arrived at the seller's facilities in U.S.A. (South Carolina). They can contact the seller so that they send it again to Barcelona (Spain), or make a refund of the amount paid for it.
