International purchase
Hi, how are you guys? I want to buy an item from the United Kingdom,
which I won in an auction. Just to clarify, I'm from Mexico, but the seller doesn't want to sell it to me. Because he says he doesn't ship to my country, but the platform keeps sending me messages that I have to buy it
what do you do in these cases?

Please note that for users registered on eBay.com like you, we would always recommend using the eBay.com forums from this link and you can also get assistance through the eBay.com help pages, where you can request assistance in Spanish when you contact us.
If the seller does not want to ship to your location, they will have to cancel the order and issue a refund. Also, if you have reached an agreement not to complete that purchase, the seller may cancel that order by selecting that they do not ship to your country.
