mobile purchase and its invoice

I bought a mobile phone on eBay and I’ve already received it, but I need the invoice to have the warranty in case it breaks down. Is it 2 or 3 years of warranty? and in case of a fault, where do I have to go?

Your invoice/payment receipt is the email you receive in your inbox at the time of purchase. With eBay, you have 30 days of protection from the day you receive the item; after this period, any type of warranty must be claimed directly with the seller, who is the seller, or with the manufacturer using the payment receipt.

I have spoken with you by phone and you did not tell me this. You told me
that I had to request it from the seller through you, and that is what I have done
