PURCHASE NOT RECEIVED, HELD, RETURNED TO SENDER
I’ve had a problem with an order that never arrived. Bought in the USA, destination Barcelona. It was never delivered, supposedly because of an error in the delivery address, which isn’t true because it’s the same as it has been for years and other purchases arrived perfectly. It got “stuck” at the post office/customs and from there they return it to the country of origin. The seller can’t interfere because he sent it to an Ebay HUB, and it’s Ebay that sends it to me. I contacted Ebay by phone but they don’t take responsibility. I can’t "report item not received" because it is still within the possible delivery period. According to DHL-Yun express tracking it is being returned to the USA. Any solution? Thanks in advance.
