Purchase not received (a delivery attempt was made)
I bought an international product that was supposed to arrive on 27/12. According to tracking, a delivery attempt was made on 6/1 (a holiday), and 4 days later there are no more updates, no news, and no further delivery attempts. I also don't know which company is delivering it. What can I do?

Hello,
Normally, the different shipping companies will leave a delivery notice if the recipient is not at home when a package is delivered. If that order was completed with the Global Shipping Program, and the package has been returned to the Shipping Center, you will receive a communication from them to try to deliver your package again.
In any case, check this link with information so you can open a claim for an item not received, and if the seller does not respond to you or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so we can try to find a solution for you.

First of all, thank you very much for your reply. I opened the claim yesterday, still no response so far. I doubt the seller can do anything; he is in the United Kingdom and he did ship it correctly.
What’s strange is that, in theory, they made a delivery attempt on the 6th and since then there have been no updates, no further attempts have been made and I haven’t heard from any transport company (no email, no calls, no SMS or physical notice in the mailbox). I also don’t know which transport company tried to make the delivery (in theory it was Paack and I’m a bit worried from what I’m reading from other users). I also don’t have the tracking number for the transport company that attempted the delivery, only the overall one.
