Mandatory purchase after an offer.
hello everyone, I received an offer for an item and I made a counteroffer adding more things to that item. The seller accepted the new price without adding anything. And eBay is forcing me to pay, does anyone know if this is how it works? In counteroffers are you then obliged to buy?
