Purchase made and seller doesn't ship or reply
Hello
I made a purchase of a PS5 on January 11 from a seller without noticing that he had no feedback and the profile is from November 2023. I sent him several messages and he doesn't reply or send the package. eBay is telling me to wait until the 27th. What can I do? Thanks

We recommend that you check both the estimated delivery date of your order, and keep in mind that eBay offers protection in situations where a buyer does not receive an order,
According to our eBay Customer Guarantee. you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the order details. Check this link for information on how to open a claim for an item not received. You can do this once the estimated delivery date has passed, and if the seller does not respond or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so we can try to find a solution for you.
