purchase without logging in not received
Hello. I bought a car radio cover without signing in and I haven't received it. They haven't replied to my claims (since it hasn't arrived) and I can't get in touch with eBay because I bought it without signing in. How can I contact eBay? Thanks

If you bought an item as a guest and you still haven't received it, you'll be covered by buyer protection thanks to our eBay Customer Guarantee.
To locate a purchase made with a guest account, you simply need to click on the purchase confirmation email you received in your email inbox. When doing so, make sure you are not logged into an account that you may have registered with that same email address, if that is the case.
Make sure you read this page with information for opening a claim, and if you have difficulties, you can contact our customer service from that same page so they can provide you with help to open a claim. Once opened, if after 3 business days the seller does not offer you some kind of replacement or refund or an option that satisfies you, you can ask us for help so we can try to find a solution for you.
