Buy graphics card
I bought a graphics card on eBay for €28.00. All the delivery deadlines have passed, neither eBay nor the seller respond to my claims, eBay tells me the case is closed and still doesn't respond to my claims, I feel ripped off, I paid €28.00 and I haven't received the card. What do you think?

We’re sorry to read what you’re saying. As you may know, eBay offers protection in situations where a buyer does not receive an order, or receives it in conditions different from those described.
Please note that in order to receive protection, according to our eBay Customer Guarantee. you can receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the order details.
If the seller does not offer a solution, the buyer may ask us for help as long as they select that option within 30 days after opening the claim; otherwise, the claim in question will be closed unfortunately due to inactivity, since the deadlines established by the Customer Guarantee Program to intervene and help a buyer have passed.
