Buyer cancels the return
I sell an item and the buyer wants to return it. I accept the return and after a few days the buyer decides to keep the item and not return it. I don't see that the case is closed and I get the money from the sale.

Thanks for your message. I understand that the seller will not return the item and you can ask us to review the case and close it if you contact us. You can request eBay’s help if you enter the case from your account and click the "Pedir Ayuda de eBay".
Once the case is closed, you will receive your funds.
