The buyer chose the wrong shipping option.
I've already had two listings where I announced domestic and international shipping. My profile says I'm in Spain, the listing says I ship from Spain. But I've already had two buyers from the US buy from me and choose domestic shipping (8€, which there's no way on earth is enough to ship there). How do I change this order? Is the only option to cancel it and have eBay keep its fees and then I have to claim them back? Why does eBay let them do this? I hate this site.
