Hi, guys, I need your helpOn December 26, a buyer opened a case with me for not receiving their order. Since it was a shipment from Spain to the United States by registered mail, the tracking number changes and they can't follow it. This person kept up the claim and on December 31, eBay refunded the order amount to them, but to me, USPS replies, and after filing a claim about the shipment they tell me it was picked up on December 14. When I told the buyer this, they played dumb and days later they sent me a photo showing they had received it, but they're still playing dumb and refusing to pay me. What can I do? eBay honestly isn't helping me at all
