Hello, I recently tried to buy a portable ultrasound machine, but all my attempts have been in vain.
The purchase is charged and I am sent the receipt, but after about 10 minutes they refund my money and I get an email saying the purchase was rejected. I am from Costa Rica and I don't know if this is because eBay does not ship medical equipment of that range, I don't know if there is any restriction. If anyone has an idea of what might be affecting this, I would be very grateful.

I understand that this portable ultrasound may be an item for which you need a special license. I would suggest that you contact the Seller directly. The way to contact a seller on eBay depends on whether you have already bought an item from them or not.

You will find answers to most of the questions you have about an item in the listing, but if you do not see what you are looking for, sellers are usually willing to help if you contact them.

Go to the Seller information section at the top of the listing and select Contact the seller.
Choose the topic that best matches your question on the Get answers page.
If you cannot find the answer to your question, select Other and then choose Contact the seller.
Write your question for the seller.
If you want to receive a copy of the message, select the Send a copy to my email option.
Select Send message.
