Purchases to the UK from Spain
Good morning, I want to buy a product from the United Kingdom that in the listing says it is subject to eBay's international shipping program. On top of the product price and shipping, they charge me an import fee of 8 euros. If I understand correctly, once I pay this fee, then I don't have to worry about any kind of additional payment at customs in my country or anything at all? It's just that I read messages in the eBay community from people who bought products from eBay's international shipping program, and the company that delivered the package asked them for an additional payment in order to deliver the package to them

Hello,
If you buy an item from a seller who does not participate in the Global Shipping Program or eBay International Shipping, the seller will be responsible for completing the customs forms and will charge you the associated delivery fees during checkout and shipping. However, you will have to pay the customs duties, import fees and applicable taxes when you receive the item.
Also keep in mind that if the seller is located in the United Kingdom, and ships through the Global Shipping Program, you will be able to see the possible import costs in the 'Payments and shipping' section of the listing in question. Check this link for useful information on this topic.
